TOURS cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred on account of
non-refundable air tickets, extra expenses due to travel delays, flight
cancellation or illness. Exceptions to our Cancellation Policy cannot be made for any
reason, including those due to weather or personal emergencies. To
protect your travel investment from any eventualities, we highly recommend
CANCELLATION Insurance.
The total cost of the tour is CAD $5,000.00 + applicable taxes and all activities as described in the itinerary. This does not include air fare or other transportation, which is the responsibility of the participant.
A deposit of $1500 CAD
is required at time of booking.
The BALANCE of the trip cost is due in
our office by 45 days prior to departure. If you book with us less than 45 days prior to the departure date, the entire amount is required at the time of booking.
With your authorization, we
can automatically process the balance on your credit card when it is
due. If we have not received the balance by the due date, we reserve
the right to cancel your trip. Our cancellation policy automatically
applies. There is
no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.
By sending your completed reservation form
and payment of deposit, you certify that you do not have any physical condition
or disability that would create a hazard to you or other travellers. Upon
receipt we will confirm your spot and mail you our invoice outlining
the balance owing.
Guests who fail to provide the signed "Release
of Liability & Acknowledgement of Risk" and Personal Information
forms prior to trip departure will not be allowed to join the trip and
our standard cancellation policy as described above will apply. These
forms will be provided to you during the registration process.
